Ui12 ประกอบไปด้วย อินพุทแบบ XLR-Combo จำนวน 4 ช่อง ซึ่งสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นอินพุทแบบ Hi-Z ได้จำนวน 2 ช่อง, อินพุทแบบ XLR อีก 4 ช่อง, อินพุทแบบ RCA 1 คู่ และ อินพุท 2-Track จาก USB ที่สามารถเล่นไฟล์เพลงได้หลากหลาย เช่น MP3, WAV หรือ AIFF ได้ พร้อมทั้งสามารถอัดเสียงลงไปยัง USB Drive ได้โดยตรง (Update Firmware). ในภาคเอาท์พุทประกอบไปด้วย XLR ของ Aux จำนวน 2 ช่อง และช่องหูฟังอีก 2 ช่องพร้อมปุ่มหมุนปรับความดัง ในภาค Master ประกอบไปด้วย XLR และ 1/4'-phone อย่างละ 1 คู่
